How to Add Snow in Photoshop

I absolutely love this time of year with the exception of the occasional freezing temperatures. I'm a hoodie and jeans sort of girl, so while hanging in the snow for a day or two is fun, I actually love the warmth of the indoors with a coffee cup in my hand. Mix that in with some editing and I am in a bit of heaven because I absolutely love to create art in photoshop as well as share what I do with you all.
